1. Donation and Tax Benefits (80G)

All donations made through this website are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
Our Trust is duly registered on the NITI Aayog NGO Darpan portal (Darpan ID: [DL/2022/0312095]).
Donors will receive a digital donation receipt, which can be used to claim tax benefits as per prevailing laws.

2. Refund of Donation

Under normal circumstances, any donation once successfully made is non-refundable.
Exceptions: In the event of a technical error (such as a duplicate transaction) or an accidental entry of an incorrect amount, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date.

3. Refund Terms and Process

A refund request will only be considered if the 80G certificate (Form 10BE) has not yet been processed or filed with the Income Tax Department for that specific transaction.
To initiate a refund, please send an email to admin@parentsworshipday.org with your Name, Transaction ID, Date, and Proof of Payment.
Upon verification and approval, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

4. Cancellation Policy

Once a donation is completed, it cannot be canceled. For recurring donations, donors may contact us to stop future installments at any time.
